AUTHOR BIO: D. B. Carter lives with his family on the edge of a small town in rural Devon, England. The son of two artists, he studied art under his parents’ tutelage, until he went to university to read computer science. He then entered commerce and went on to run his own business for twenty years. A lifelong bibliophile, his love of classical literature, of Dickens and Brontë, led to the creation of his first novel, “The Cherries.” He’s since published, “The Wild Roses”, “Ups and Downs” and Christmas Yet to Come”, as well as several short stories. https://db-carter.com/
